Refund policy
As a retailer of perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you have any issues or complaints with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We are here to help.
We do hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if upon delivery the products are damaged, different from the one you have ordered, or incomplete when you receive it, please notify us immediately for investigation by sending an email at info@diemchocolates.com or call us on + 91 9821916420.
Please email us with your Name, Order Number, Delivery Address. Please specify a valid reason with an image of the damaged or incorrect product.
If found to be the case, we will credit your purchase in the form of only store credit. We will not be liable to entertain any complaint concerning any aspect of the received order that is not raised within 24 hours of delivery by us.
All our products are made and packed with extreme care to make sure you receive them in their best condition. In case of incorrect orders or any damages caused to your products, we can provide a refund only in the form of store credit. No monetary refund will be provided.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the look of our products that appear on our website and also to ensure the colours of packaging on screen are as close as possible to the colours of the actual packaging. However, the colour of the actual product and packaging you see on your screen will depend on your monitor, your screen settings and resolution.
All our products are handmade by master artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products, which is not regarded as a defect.
We make sure that all the products are perfectly checked for any damages before they are dispatched from our workshop. We do not claim responsibility or provide refund if the products are damaged during delivery.
Cancellations
Cancellations are possible only within 12 hours of placing your order as we prepare all the products fresh for your order. However, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order after 12 hours. Saturday and Sunday are considered as holidays. Please send us a request by sending an email at info@diemchocolates.com only. A refund for a successfully cancelled order will be made only in the form of online store credit and will be processed after confirmation of cancellation.
